Is this food safe?

Yes! All No Pasa Nada pieces are made with non-toxic glazes to ensure they are safe to eat and drink on.

Can I put this in the dishwasher? What about microwave?

Yes to both! They can absolutely be sent through the dishwasher and microwave.

Can I recycle the packaging?

Packing ceramic products so that they arrive safely at your home in one piece takes a lot of care and materials. At No Pasa Nada Ceramica, we strive to reduce waste by packing with re-purposed and reusable first. When we need a little extra, we use all recyclable paper materials and avoid plastics as much as possible. Check with your local recycling requirements before tossing in the bin, or better yet, save and re-use for shipping out your next care package.

Do you do commissions?

At this time no. With my current residency schedule I don’t have time. I also struggle to manage my expectations of custom pieces, which takes some of my joy and creativity out of what I do.

My piece arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Nothing is worse than anticipating a package only to open it and find it damaged. We do our best to protect each piece with adequate packaging, but ceramics can be fragile and accidents happen. Please reach out using our contact page and we will work with you on a solution.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped out once a week due to my busy residency schedule. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and should arrive in 3-5 business days after mail pick-up. You will get an email notification with a tracking number when your order is postmarked!
